You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This little cutie is Oz! Oz is about two years old and weighs 11 lbs.  He is a Corgo/Chihuahua mix.  His right eye had to be removed due to trauma and he can see fine with the remaining one.  Oz loves people, children and other dogs.  We recommend older children in the home as he likes to guard his toys.  He has great leash manners.
